A very nice little hotel. The reception and breakfast area are nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. Parking was no problem. The lady that checked us in was exceptionally nice and very helpful.

Keep in mind that there is no such thing as "free breakfast." Nothing is free. They offered the usual rice porridge and toast for an extra charge of 50 baht. That was acceptable and within expectations for the price and location.
